Light budget friendly folder help

while I'm looking for a new folder, I also do not want to break the bank on this purchase. I've decided on a folding bike because it fits in my vehicle and would cost less than installing a hitch rack combo and would be safe to be hidden out of sight when not in use, my rides are approx 8 to 10 greenway Miles a day so I do not really need a 1000 dollar bike to do this. I'm looking ideally at staying below 400 but would go to 500 for a good lighter bike, meaning 25 lbs or less. Thanks for all suggestions.

Sells for less on Costco online.

Still less at Zizzo if in stock refurbished. Great bike.

Another excellent option, with great customer service is Origami,... Origami Bicycle (origamibicycles.com)

The Origami Lotus is definitely quick, 25 pounds, and just freaking awesome. Keep in mind that I am biased toward our products.
