This bike is no longer sold. Don't know if the company is still around.

I found this site with tons of videos featuring japanese folders, especially minifolders with wheels < 16".

Here's a video of the Carryme being folded and unfolded (by the manufacturer). Though it looks like the guy doesn't know what he's doing (he keeps unfastening/fastening latches unnecessarily).

JZ88 - a 14"-wheel folder that has a trolley mode (can be used as a shopping trolley with the pannier). Appears to be available only in Singapore though.
