Kurt Kinetic, with the small wheel adapter. Works on 16" wheels and up. I've got the Kurt Kinetic Rock & Roll with the small wheel adapter and it's fine with 16" (Brompton) 17" (Moulton AM20) and 20" (everything else!)

You could always just ride the rollers.. careful the edge is abrupt, not as wide as a bike path.
don't ride off the ends..
Tacx,[or was it Elite, Italy] made some with flared ends
that keep your wheel in between them.
and a couple of vertical axis rollerblade wheels, sideways on there too.
roller edges on a roller drum., a re direct to keep your front wheel on the roller.

there is a history of roller competitions , then they built the floor up around the rollers
folding stow under the bed rollers sit on top of the floor, so ita a ways further off the floor..
but it is riding the bike .. free to move under neath you, not rigidly locked to a stand.
you do have to pay attention..
but the benefit is it's still riding, . https://www.tacx.com/en/producten/rol...ares/index.dot

It's a bit like me asking you what size the wheels on my are. I can't tell you what kind it is, but I can tell you I paid 20k for it....
I'd suggest just trying it. If it fits, then it will work.

I just found the booklet. It is a Nashbar T5 Flluid Bicycle Trainer. I will be selling it together with my husbands Mongoos Mountain Bike at my next garage sale. At some point, I will get a trainer for 20" wheels. Thank you guys for all your help. AS USUAL! Lol!!
