Where to get folding drop hanglebars?

Have you tried calling them and asking if you could purchase some? My Bike Friday came with drop bars - they're just regular bars that have been cut in half and then had an insert secured in one side so the two halves can be joined and held together by the stem. I was under the impression that BF could take most round-tubing drop bars and convert them in this way.

Oh that's all they do, put in an insert? Do you need a special stem or does any stem work?
For some reason now the shop is not showing handlebars anymore, maybe under maintenance.
I have shot them an email and will give a call if they don't respond.
