Is this a paratrooper or a swissbike?

someone is selling this and I asked what model it is and he said it was a paratrooper.
As far as I know paratroopers have always been green or black (maybe)
it looks like what I remember the swissbike to look like but I checked out montagues website and they have redesigned them.
Any idea what model this is?
