Between several (Dahon) foldable bikes
Hello! Here I am, a long time reader and first time poster xD
I needed to ask what is the best purchase for me. I'm going to buy a foldable bike here on my country (Perú) and I found that the only distributor for those kind of bikes sell Dahons (No Tern, Brompton, etc...) Well they also sell "Urban" foldable bikes but I can find anything related to those ones...
I always wanted a foldable bike so I can ride it to work and back to home. I tried with my regular bike, but carrying it 2 floors(my home) and 4 floors (my work) every day isn't a easy task trying to do it with a bike that got a telescopic suspension, besides several stuff.
And if it is possible, to modify my first foldable bike and tour with those xD (Well I can dream, right?)
So I asked the prices and they told me that a Speed Uno is $ 480 and the Mu Uno is $ 648. So, I read several post related to those bikes but I saw that those post were from the year 2011, 2010... And still can't decide =(
Thanks for reading this post and I'll read you later!

Hi, I have a speed uno and love it. I ride 7 miles each way, someimes 20 miles a day on it. The gearing is light and easy enough, I only paid 400 but it didn't come with a front brake. The Mu uno has upgraded brakes, wheels and is lighter by 2 pounds. If you are carrying up and down a lot, this may make a big difference for you.
If you can afford it, grab the Mu, I feel like the brakes and the wheel upgrade are worth the extra money. ( I am currently looking for a brake and wheel upgrade)
