I just looked those up (these say Redshift, not Redline). Oh, (these) actually are quick release! I see a cam-lever, and I think a tongue-and-groove type mechanism that attaches them. COOL! (I think may be similar to some optics mounts from past.)
The main drawback of the bars I want to fit, is that the telescoping bars clamp into the bottom half of the bar clamp, so if I space the armrests up, the bar doesn't move and the angle needs to be pitched way up, goofing up the grip angle. I need to instead space the whole aero bar up. My older aero bars fit into the top half of the bar clamp, so risers move everything up, but the armrest spacing is too narrow for me, the new bars have WIDE flip-down armrests, but of course the two different setups are not compatible for any possible part swaps.

Hard to see, but those may be locking skewers where the lever locks closed, to prevent wheel theft. I've never seen such, and I can't zoom up enough on that pic, but it looks like perhaps a lock cylinder protruding out. I could be wrong.
