Avoiding Pannier Heel-strike on Minivelo

I tried a rack and panniers on my SOMA but it was just too tight. Tried a saddlebag, which works well but is a pain to get on and off. Now added a Carradice Bagman with a Quick Release -- makes the saddlebag much more useful!
