Help with my Dahon Speed Uno

Hi ! I wanted to replace my bike DAHON MU UNO 2012 fixed height handlepost on Dahon Radius V Telescopic Handlepost. Is that possible? Where can I buy? Thank you

The stems from Taobao look like the Dahon units. Is there any one distributing these in the U.S.? I am looking for something for my options for a Dahon Speed TR 2009.
