Difficult to say what is best for you, the area you ride in what you want and need. Only think that unless there is serious hills I would go for a 5 speed SA if I had to buy one. I`ve got several 5 speed Torpedo and 7 speed Nexus hubs lying around so I Guess I would just use one of those.
Did a search on the 8 speed BNB linked to, hope you can read it (since you may not be a member): https://groups.yahoo.com/group/Geared...t=windows-1252 When Reading make sure you remember that old problems could be solved in New hubs.
Here is one five speed: https://groups.yahoo.com/group/Geared...&charset=utf-8
And here another one: S-RF5(W) https://www.sturmey-archer.com/products/hubs/cid/4/id/64 . No search results for that one in the Yahoo Group but Sa is SA, should be safe. This is the one I would buy but may not be right for you.
Edit: "Shift" issue solved with Firefox.

Thanks for all the info. I will go with the 5 speed... If I don't find it in the US I'll just wait the long shipping from UK.
I found a SA 3 speed (NO coaster brake) in my dad's garage and I was going to try it with this bike but the frame diameter is bigger than a normal bike the cable guides won't fit on the frame. I had the same problem with a few accessories :/
Is there any way I can use any other DIY guide for this frame?
I won't have the same problem with the SA 5 speed hub

Wait until you are sure.

Bikes: not as many but still too many
If you want more gears on the folder your best bet would probably be a 3 speed(Sturmey Archer, Sachs or Shimano) internal hub or maybe a newer 7or 8 speed internal hub by Shimano. I had a kick back 2 speed hub with a coaster brake and it was pretty sweet.
