The fly in the ointment is the lack of gearing. It's a fixie, it seems.

Second identical wheel Up Front? wheel swap for 2nd speed? hehe. pretty obviously a single speed. also, you're right again (of course), the rear and front spacing are 135, hence, the rear hub used up front. your idea is a great one. i'm sure the builder thought of it but, for whatever reason, didn't add a cog to the front wheel.. |
brooks 150 anniversary limited edition tokyobike: it's a nice bike but, i think they blew it on this copper powdercoat. it just comes off looking like "ash pink". if actual copper plating was too expensive, they should have just gone with a classic black.

I'm with Abu, it's a fail.
Even a brown frame would look better. I think copper plating is soft so scratches easy. They should have just chromed everything. |
Must be clearcoated....if it developed verdigris that could be interesting.

I like the Gulf Porsche colorway.
Too bad the graphics are so busy; I count 9 Mosso logos on this side. http://www.mosso.com.tw/upload_files...m/20XR3-BO.jpg |
I havent see my bike in this thread, a Beixo Gsus Bike shaft driven, i mount maximum tyre size on it (20 x 2.15).
I like his "mini downhill" unusual look ;) http://zupimages.net/up/16/40/p86d.jpg http://zupimages.net/up/16/40/4uj2.jpg http://zupimages.net/up/16/40/nyia.jpg http://zupimages.net/up/16/40/txg2.jpg http://zupimages.net/up/16/40/vclp.jpg |
That is the best shaft drive I have seen. What a great bike!
|
Yeah it's cool ;), the geometry of the frame is really good.
In fact this mini velo has a the full sized frame, it's not common on the market. This is a quick comparison between the Gsus, the Dahon Dash, the cannondale hooligan and is cousin yooniq. http://zupimages.net/up/16/41/723t.jpg They are not in the same boat exept for the dahon dash which is close but without the offroad capacities. |
I would love to see the above Bexio in a folder. Fudge type swinging seatpost design and maybe a monoblade front fork would fold really tight with front wheel
removed. |

Check out this guy touring in the 'Cold'

This is cool, but this isn't the thread to post this in. Why don't you create your own threads for these things,...
You are correct, but thought it was more interesting that it was on 20 inch tires. |

20 inch wheels and tires means it's in the correct section of the forum.
It good to belong to a subset of a forum. Small wheels, folding bike sect. You are all welcome, but you can never leave....... |
