Shaky Raleigh Twenty Folder

My Raleigh Twenty has been hanging on a hook for too long. I don't ride it because it shakes at the hinge.
Its time to fix it or get rid of it.

Today I saw an old ebay auction for the front half of the folder. It had a part that I was missing ... and probably the cause of the shakes.

I posted a photo of the missing part at https://www.flickr.com/photos/8210984@N06/9734372125/.

Whats missing is a spacer at the top of the flat plate of the folder. The L-bolt goes through it to lock the front half in place.

Can someone please measure their spacer carefully and send me the dimensions?
Once I have the dimensions, I can make a spacer and braze it on.

Thanks in advance.
Amir

Maybe I'm missing something here but why couldn't you just stack enough washers to act as the missing spacer?

Okay I just measured mine, but height might not be all the story here.
On mine, the tacked-on spacer is 5mm, but the thing you also don't have installed here is a sort of floating threaded collar that fits inside the spacer and raises it about 2mm; As I recall it's actually a bit over engineered and the treading isn't necessary - all you really need is for the spacer to be of enough height - I'd go with 7 or 8 if you're liberal and you should be fine.
