Music forum!
Music forum! Enough said! I'd bet there would be plenty of interest! Sub forum for the lounge perhaps?
Cheers.

I think topics like "music" is the reason why the lounge is around...
Do a check under music if you're interested in music topics- there was a good thread going a few months ago about music used for riding while on trainers.

Oh come on..
Music is such a diverse topic. It needs its own forum

Every lane is a bike lane
I kind of gave up when my Manic Street Preachers thread only got about three replies.

When people post multiple things in multiple forums because they feel it belongs in multiple places making more work for moderators ... that is enough. When you feel like you're scrolling through the main page of forums forever ... that is enough. When you're on a cycling forum and you're asking for completely unrelated forums ... that is enough.
Certainly this is just my opinion and Joe has the final say ... but come on, be content posting to the lounge or find a music forum.

How is a jokes or political forum related to cycling? Think about things before you post them.

Whoa ... settle down. I didn't mean to offend you by stating my opinion.
The Jokes and Political Forums are not cycling related, I never said they were, so therefore your accusation of my lack of thought is incorrect. The Jokes and Political Forums are part of what I include in enough ... we're in a cycling forum, if you want to discuss politics, then try a forum dedicated to politics, if you want to discuss jokes, then try a forum dedicated to jokes, and if you want to discuss music, then a forum dedicated to music would be your best bet. I don't even think the Tri forum should have been included ... but again that is just my opinion.
I am as interested in music as the next guy/girl ... however it has it's place and I don't think it's in a forum dedicated to cycling. I don't want to find myself sifting through threads about the newest fad-suck band when looking for something meaningful.
If I had it my way there wouldn't even be a lounge, let alone jokes or political forums.
I have stated my opinion .... if you feel it's incorrect or horriblly offbase then feel free to attack my character, spelling, grammar, or otherwise. This is however my last posting on the subject, if you feel the need to discuss your feelings with me further feel free to PM me.

I don't know if there should be a seperate forum for music or not. But I think that the reason why people want to talk about stuff other than cycling on this forum is because they get to know one another-- and that they want to know more.
What their political motivations are. What their person tastes are etc.
I feel I'm with a 'safe' crowd here, for the most part, with very few trolls. While cycling is my primary interest it's good to go off-topic once in awhile.
We're cyclists first, but still human.

Um, er, a...
Listen PUNK, I guess if there were a music forum I would POP in from time to time, when I'm not out riding the slick ROCK. But I wouldn't oppose using the general discussions as an ALTERNATIVE. It's EASY LISTENING to your arguments but don't get the BLUES if no one joins in cause they're more obsessed with their rotating METAL bits and all that other JAZZ. Maybe its because they're from another COUNTRY, or that this ELECTRONIC forum has no SOUL.
I know, I know that was really lame.

I hate to break up the party guys, but this is the Suggestion and Feedback forum..A music forum has been suggested, so lets keep the chatter to that issue.
