Framebuilder needed in LA
Parking Garage + Roof Rack = Me needing some help. I have a lugged steel bianchi frame and the top tube and downtube are both in pretty bad shape. I wanted some reccomendations for people in the LA/Orange county area who would be able to remove the damaged tubes and replace them. Also, any idea how much one would charge for this?

Russ Denny
You might contact Russ Denny in Hemet. He has a website and can also be contacted through I.E. Bicycles in Murrieta, CA. I know he's pretty busy, but it can't hurt to call. This is in South Riverside County by the way.
