I just brazed my tire while tacking the legs onto a rack. Thought I had enough room (I did have enough, actually), smelled smoke, looked down and saw ugly. Kinda fitting for a Panaracer Fire, actually. Should have been a Smoke. So now I have to decide whether I stand a good chance of making it home like that or should call and wake up my wife to come fetch me from work before I end up walking the bike. Just though you guys might find some amusement there. Any of you ever burn stuff up by tacking, welding, or brazing on a built bike? Have a nice weekend.

I've set the floor on fire when I overheated a small part doing tig and a little blob hit the floor. You can't see those sub 6000 degree fires through the hood so it takes a while till they get your attention one way or another.
