Can anyone share their experience with Cielo?

I'm very interested in the Sportif Classic/Racer, but I'm weary about the 5 year warranty.

My neighbor has owned one for two years and bought it through a shop which handled all the details but if you have any specific questions I'll ask him. I inspected his pretty thoroughly and can say that the craftsmanship is flawless. I do remember they were maybe 2 or 3 weeks late for the original delivery date promised if that matters. If Chris King offers you a 5 year warranty I'd say you can believe he'll honor it.

Cool. I found a LBS here who sells their bikes. Will check out their factory too and ask the builders how often they're servicing bikes on warranty.
