Stem shift mount headset spacer?

Looking for a stem shift mount setup integrated into a 1-1/8" headset spacer.

Problem Solvers makes a bolt-on downtube shifter mount that actually will work, but there are no cable stops incorporated, and their own flavor of bolt-on cable stops don't play nice with the shifter mount when both are mounted on the stem...

My google-fu has failed me -- anyone know of an off-the shelf solution? Anyone know of a custom builder who has done something like this? Any builder reading this up for a small project...?

seen builders fabricate threadless stems with 2 downtube bosses on them , and a housing stop.

a steel tube sleeve / spacer seems a potential to braze those parts onto.. ....

how much height you got to work with..? spacer stack under the stem .. not much? then
the fabricating the new stem may be the route to take..

Find old frame with braze-on bosses , cut use as spacer ? I have seen custom quill stems with braze-ons . What about mounting in front of bar on gate-plate stem ? Look for a Scott AT 4 pro bar , BBE ,
