Stopped again near a majestic grove of Redwoods in Jaquan Miller Park. I noticed once I got back on the bike that the handlebars had shifted down a little bit. Otherwise, the bike work perfectly so hopefully I’ve got all the bugs out

After the Tunnel Rd climb, I followed the ridge line toward Oakland. Leonard Zinn was a physics professor at Univ University of Colorado when he decided to start building bike frames so I figured this was a good place to stop for a photo.

They opened up the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge to bikes a few years ago. It’s great because it opened up a lot of wonderful rides in the North Bay, but riding on the bridge isn’t always the most pleasurable experience. Really noisy with the high speed traffic just over the barricade. However, there was an accident on the bridge and the CHP closed traffic to all autos. Bikes only today! At least on the way out.
