I hate newbs. They're always joining the forum and asking some ridiculous what's the best this or what's the best that type question without giving anyone any background information. They just want to be spoon fed some answer. They never use the search function, even though the question has been asked 1,000 times before ... in the last week. And then they quit. Or they start troll threads that have no point just like this one.
If you want to hate the human race, that's fine. I get it. But at least hate it for a legit reason, such as being a bunch of self serving, greedy, war mongering primates that it is.

I have said and done a million things while in a drunken stupor that I still regret to this day lol.
I for one completely absolve you of any forum sin and look forward to more of the same in the future

Don't worry about US! The sun is coming out here.... and soon I will be cycling. Your problems however may have nothing to do with cycling (or forums). Try this link.

I'm the world's biggest misanthrope- but I like seeing people out on bikes- whether it's a $35 thrift-store Huffy or a $10K Emonda. Whether they're going fast or slow; whether they're freds; clydes; poseurs; or cool. I ride alone; I don't want to have to deal with a bunch of strangers whose only thing in common is that they ride bikes; and all of the things that the OP notes about them, -so I get to ride my ride and enjoy it...and don't have to worry about what anyone else does.

If you hate people stay away from the Soylent Green...and maybe the red and yellow just to be safe.

Ouch. As far as rants to I'd have given it at least a solid C, maybe a C+. I got a strong sense of indignation which is a necessary element of a proper rant but there seemed to be too much coherence and internal logic as well as a general lack of paranoia. Not great, but competent and an honest step above mediocre.I'll admit it's moot bringing it up at this point though since OP ate his or her humble pie and apologized which, in all honesty (and without a hint of sarcasm or irony), is one of the most noble things I've seen on these forums in a long time. Kudos for that, ypsetihw.

you in the habit of responding to posts that have nothing to do with you? You were not the op and you were not mentioned in my post, so what makes you assume my post was directed at you?
