It is a normal price. A good deal would be around $2,500. It is a 2014, nearly 2 years old. Make an offer and see if they take it. I can't imagine any bike shop wanting to hold on to inventory that old.

Thanks. I was thinking the same thing around $2500. Their not wanting to budge on the price as they say the Domane 6 series frame hasn't changed from 2014 - 2016 and a new 6 series frame alone is $2700. Also, a 6.2 had a retail price of $4599.00 in 2014. This was a Trek trade show bike as the SRAM was not standard.
I was just offered a 2015 Giant Defy Advanced SL-1 with 4K-5k miles for $2100. Owners bike and they will put new tires and new chain. It's got a couple paint chips on the fork but otherwise looks good with full Giant warranty.
