axle tightness/torque of nut?
Without a torque wrench, is there a rough rule of thumb as to how tight to do up the nights?
Say, hand tight and then x number of turns? Or do you just do it as tight as you can with a spanner?

2.5 grunts for rear axle with horizontal dropouts. otherwise 2.0 grunts is fine.
