Need advice on upgrades please

Need advice on pedal/parts upgrades

I have a 2015 cannondale quick 4. 27 speed, altus derailers, 32c tires with some gravel thread. Upgraded seat with the plastic composite pedals. I like the way it is but I feel I can still upgrade it. Dont want to spend a lot of money so I was thinking of getting 25 c tires when these are used up but I was thinking of getting those aluminum $30 flat pedals from amazon that alot of people ride on mountain bikes. Will I notice any difference in my ride and is it worth getting pedals that are not clipless (regular flat aluminum pedals)? What other recommendations do you guys have?

I have Cannondale 6Point3 pedals on two of my bikes and like them much.

Your pedal link didn't work, but let me suggest a set of Race Face Chester pedals:

They can be had in various colors, and the metal pins are gripping my flat-soled shoes really well.

..If you bought Flat pedals that use little set screws for the grip pins, they have the advantage you can make how far the pins protrude..

Your choice.
