Help Finding a Thread
Hello, I am looking for a thread consisting of photos of bike handlebars with aftermarket mounts and accessories. I could have sworn I've seen one on here before. I searched but couldn't find any such thread so was hoping maybe someone knew of one?
I am looking for some ideas on how to mount my seven accessories:
2 high end bike lights
1 $20 ebay special "1,000" lumen light that will be used only during the day on "flash" mode
LCD screen for electric motor
Cellphone holder
Speaker holder
Water bottle holder

I'm not sure about your thread. Did you post in it? I sometimes search my e-mail or add my username to Google search parameters. Unfortunately Google doesn't like the BikeForums photo format.
My ideal handlebars would be like this, with wings, and an "accessory bar".

Unfortunately I've never seen one.
Perhaps I'll have to mock one up sometime.
It has only been in the last decade or so that the technology has caught up with the open face stems that such a bar has been possible.

Let me help. Put the three lights and the screen up on your handlebars. Put the cellphone back in your pocket or pack, where it goes while you are riding. As to the water bottle, and speaker, use a water bottle cage on those funny sets of two screws down on your frame. They go there.
