I like walking (walked 1200 miles in 2015), lifting 2X-3X per week, and riding in the warmer months. I rode 1000 miles in 4 months, and I was pleased with that as I don't really consider myself an endurance athlete . . . okay, I don't consider myself an athlete either

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?

I thought this thread was about goals (miles, hours, etc). My riding goals are much less than many of you, but I might be a little more varied in my mode of exercise.

since I stopped bike commuting Oct 2010 I'm glad to get any riding in. since summer vacation end of June I've been trying to get at least one ride per week. high hopes for riding thru the winter too but gonna take a 2nd job so that's gonna put a lot of pressure on my 1 day off ea weekend. I'm way ahead of last year tho, so feel good about that

Goals? Ride, rest, repeat. I mt bike on the weekends, commute sometimes by bike. I do some bike touring during the warmer months. This year I did a 4 day tour and an overnight one. Sometimes on my commutes I end up mt biking. Some winter commutes with studded tires and fat biking year round. Goals? Ride bikes. Keep the rubber side down.
