What model and good deal?

I have someone who is offering a Cannondale CAAD12 for about $900 used only a couple times. I was seriously considering a road bike but am new to this whole riding thing. I bought a trainer 3 weeks ago and have been using my mountain bike on it but would love to use a road bike instead. I don't know what model this CAAD12 is and neither does the owner. Assuming it's functional and doesn't have any problems, can anyone tell me based on these pics if it is a good deal and what model?

I was measured at a store a few weeks and the guy told me I would fit best on a 58 or 60 frame.
Thanks for looking!

Avoid or good deal?

I found this ad on craigslist for a Cannondale CAAD12. The owner doesn't know the actual "model" ie Disc 105, Ultegra etc.. Seems like a great deal but hesitant as this would be my first "road bike" ever and don't want to start this quest out on the wrong foot.

Can anyone tell me the model and if you think this is a reasonable ask or if there is something else I need to consider?

I was measured a few weeks back and the lbs said I would fit best on a 58 or 60" depending on the brand of bike.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Seems expensive. I would get this:

Raleigh Militis 1 Road Bike 2015 > Bikes > Road Bikes | Jenson USA

Bikes: Trek

Says $515 max on the bluebook link posted in post #2. So $950 seems a bit steep.

Ask him what year it is from. Then I can tell you for sure if price is fair or not. But the caad 10 is a great bike

Also, the caad is a lot lighter than those other bikes that were posted.
