Fork mount for thru axles?

I currently have two of these guys screwed to a board in the back of my CR-V so I can keep both my MTB and road bike back there, upright:

I am replacing my Fuji Sportif with a Specialized Diverge, so need to replace one fork mount with one that works with the Diverge's 12x100mm thru axle.

There seem to be plenty for 15mm and 20mm (like this: Kuat Dirtbag Fork Mount Bike Carrier > Accessories > Auto Racks > Truck Bed Racks & Pads | Jenson USA ) for as little as $13:

...but I can't find any for 12x100. The only one I can find for 12x100 is the Rocky Mount HotRod but it's almost 4x the price at $50:

Anyone know of anything cheap that will do the job?

I would just make a bushing for the mount.

Bikes: Road and mountain tandems, single bikes too.

Google fork up.
They have what you need.

Fork Up and similar Yakima adapters aren't ideal, not only do they raise the bike (CRV doesn't have the highest roof), but they are $40-50 as well, so I might as well just get the standalone HotRod which is lower and probably stronger/more stable.

I guess there just aren't any cheap 12x100 fork mounts for some reason. I did find on one website a Kuat Dirtbag in 12x100 for $13 (same price as the rest of their sizes), but on contacting them it turns out the product was never actually released.
