Can someone tell me how you buy a bike on one day and grow to hate it so much ON THAT SAME DAY!
Methinks something very fishy here.
Here in Australia, the consumer laws are quite specific -- you buy something then want to return it because you "hate it"... well, caveat emptor, pal. You ordered it, you took delivery of it, you lump it. Why do you think shops ask for deposits on items ordered by frivilous jackasses.
I can imagine a car dealer taking back a new car that's been driven out of the lot and brought back for a full refund because the owner "hated it" a few miles down the road. NOT! There'd have to be something seriously mechanically wrong with it for that to happen.
Oh yeah, I also just love people who join up with the forums here to ask jack-ass questions only to never be seen again. Watch, I bet this will turn around so the poor old LBS gets the blame...
