Thoughts on a couple wheelsets?
I'm in the market for a new wheelset for my daily delivery/weekend touring bike. I ride all year around in the city in any weather, and I'm looking for something that offers a little more performance than the stock wheelset.

The main difference seems to be the hubs. The XT M756 hubs seem to be cup and cone style, which bothers me a bit because I worry that when I ride in rain or deep snow water will get in and require frequent overhauls. The origin8 hubs use cartridge bearings and I believe have higher engagement, but they are $50 more and I can't find any feedback on them. Is it worth it to spend the extra money in this case?
