What kind of maintenance can be done on this pump ?
There was no user manual that came with pump.

Nashbar is just a brand, they don't make anything... So Who made the pump ,
badged to have their name on it , Is unknown to me..
Call them up and ask? (it's a division of Performance Bike Corp, now)

generic answer , since I don't own one..

If the plunger is removable, and If the pump cup is Leather..

then I can say .. I kept the leather pump cup from drying out with grease..

I happened to have a tub of Boot Grease handy..

on 2 pumps, from other sources, for 3+ decades..

you can disassemble the whole pump by removing the rubber sleeve under the pump. Then you can change the tube. However, I tried to fix it this way after the pump wasn't pumping air correctly and couldn't get it to work so I just bought the topeak joe blow sport 3

Do you mean the rubber O-ring on plunger assembly ?
Or the rubber base at bottom that contacts the floor ?
What do you mean "change the tube" ?
How long did you use pump before failure ?

I would put some vaseline on the O ring every year or two.

That pump has the most uniformly positive reviews of any I can think of

so you've done well.

Thanks for the feedback.
I like how big the gauge numbering is. Much easier to read than old pump.
