Standard kit
I carry a fully stocked puncture repair kit, 2 Allen keys that fit all components on my bike, a pen, a cable and padlock & a glove (I used to have issues with the chain so used a glove to sort that out). If I cycled to work I would also carry a spare inner tube and a £20 note.

I use a diy tool roll with a Lezyne pump, zip ties, cut down 15 mm wrench, screwdriver, tire irons, 4, 5 and 6 mm allens, Park patch kit and a bit of blue paper shop cloth. If i am going out of town I will add an innertube fot the bike I will be taking.

Both of my bikes have a Topeak Aero Wedge (One is small, and one is medium).
They both have the same stuff inside so that I don't run into any surprises.
Always:

I don't think I carry anything too much different then others, so from off my memory, because I'm too lazy to get my bags and pour it all out to see! Anyways, I have several bags but they each have mostly the same stuff:
spare tube
tire levers
Park MTB3
folding pliers
6 reusable zipties
3' of duct tape wrapped around a pen
1 or 2 energy bars
3 fiber fix spokes (these are only in the touring bike seat bag)
small flashlight (only in the touring bike bag)
cell phone
Then I have a small Altoids tin that I copied from someone on the internet that I segmented in layers, anyway in it I put cash, boot patch, tube patch and glue, presta to schrader converter, ID card, insurance card, crap some other minor small stuff I can't recall.
I don't carry keys or a garage door opener because I have an external key pad for the garage door.
