A random question...
Occasionally, alright frequently, questions that are inconsequential and meaningless to all but me pop into my head that bother me until I get an answer.
I prefer wearing Pearl Izumi shorts and notice that they feature a reflective logo on the left butt cheek. I presume that's so they are more prominent to cars traveling in the right lane.
Do Pearl Izumi shorts sold in Ireland, England and other "other side of the road traffic countries" have the logo on the right cheek?
Thank you.

I was curious, so I checked out the UK web site. Didn't notice a logo at all on the men's shorts. On the women's, it still appears to be on the left butt cheek. But the price is in pounds instead of dollars. https://www.pearlizumi.co.uk/women-s-elite-escape-short.
Correction: It appears to be on the left cheek on the men's shorts as well.

Have you tested the logo to determine that it is truly reflective. It could simply appear to be. Turn out the lights at night and take a flash photo. When I do that with my Ortlieb panniers the reflective patches look like they are their own light sources.

The door locks must be configured properly for the safety ring to work, otherwise the UV lights will never turn on.

I'm going to say probably not...but I can't say for sure. I just left London yesterday after spending close to a week there (my first visit there). Wife and I had a rental car and she kindly left all the driving to me (my knuckles are still white). As an American, I've driven in just a couple other times on the left (i.e. WRONG IMO) side of the road -- St. Thomas USVI, Ireland. But, compared to anywhere in the US, London is an extremely cycling-friendly city. I would look out my hotel window during morning/evening rush hours and at the busy intersection below see more bikes waiting for the traffic light than cars. That, and I noticed that no matter where we were motorists were simply very accommodating to cyclists. Most of whom aren't even in traditional road cycling clothing, but rather their work clothing...casual dress, even suits in some cases. So...because of all that...I don't think they'd need to have the reflective logo on the right cheek.Dan

But seriously, my cheap Canary shorts have the reflective logo on the left too, I noticed that this morning and didn't even think about it.
