Brake caliper problem /adjustment
Hi
im trying to adjust the rear break calipers on my wife’s 80s Raleigh bike.for the life of me can’t get the brake shoes to both connect and work properly.
i believe it’s a side pull adjustment system
im also a bit of a novis.....
any advice would be great....

I suggest you start here https://www.sheldonbrown.com/calipers.html Identify what you have, then move on to adjustment.
