Gold Forks and Wrapping

So I'm not sure if anyone has ever asked but how would I make my fork on a hardtail gold? I know for the high-end mtbs the fork is gold because of the Kashima coating. However, is there a way to make them gold for aesthetic purposes? Also is there a way to change the color of your frame for a bike? I've seen people spray their frames for custom builds but not sure if they use spray paint or something else? I'm was just curious!

You can get a steel bike powder coated or painted in pretty much any color of the rainbow.

You can get an aluminum bike powder coated or painted likewise and also anodized. No idea what aftermarket anodization costs.

You can get carbon fiber painted.

You can spray paint anything, whether it be your Bentley, cookware, dog, or bicycle. Whether or not you should is another question.

I can make you a couple of decals that say “Kasheeema!” that you can apply to your Schwinn Zoom fork.

You misspelled rapping:

I bought this Schwinn the other day
Saw another cat ridin' around the way
his fork was gold when I saw the look
It said Fox on it, my brain started to cook
I said hey man I dig your style
He said that's cool and gave me a smile
then I went home with my brain on fire
Pulled out the Krylon from the muck and the mire
I shook up it and sprayed all that sh*t
My bike is gold wallet didn't take a hit
I went to that cat and showed off my whip
He laughed his ass off and sank me like a ship
I did weep no I didn't cry
I just blacked out wanna know why
Somehow my bike stopped workin'
Even though the brakes I was jerkin'
Sabotage is what I thought
pulled a gat on him and fired a shot
I am the best man my bikes legit
you gonna laugh at it you betta quit
I don't need that expensive Fox
I got some Krylon and a 3 pack of socks
