I realize this is an old thread but I've got the same issue. I've got one of these mirrors and the two smaller adjusting screws have come loose. After trying all of my smaller metric and English hex keys and finding none that would fit, I reached out to Miracle to ask the size. Rather than tell me, they said "we'll ship you a replacement". Great! I now have another 3mm hex wrench and I still can't tighten the mirror.

Oh, and a Torx T20 will fit a 3.5 mm hex head.
