My 13 year old daughter informs me that Facebook is for the oldies. It's all about Insta and TikTok apparently. I don't bother with any of them. I do have a Facebook account just so I can follow the odd discussion group, but I find Facebook threads are too much of a random mess and I soon lose interest.
Tiktok...everyone in their 20's with a video camera thinks they are movie star doing stupid things for everyone to see.
Facebook is boomers and gen x...Memes, keeping touch with friends and family, marketplace and interest groups.
Twitter from what I've seen posted online is for arguing politics in a race-to-the-bottom-let's-see-who-blinks-first contest of dumb.

Don't be that person, don't do it.
EDIT: It looks like BF filters the names of competitor forum sites, Really, BF?

Yeah...I get that...At 51 i'm kinda an oldie. One social media account is enough and I never jumped on the Insta, Twatter or TitTok bandwagon.

The others have their place I guess. I just find the whole social media scene too consuming. But on the other hand it does keep me in touch with people when required. I use it very sparingly.

These two statements contradict each other. You say not everyone is you. Correct. Then you go on to paint a broad brush implying that if it works for you, it is "natural" for everyone else. I myself do stretches every day and while that helps, I know I will never be as hyper flexible as some who have naturally long tendons.
Which is it, beng1 ?

Anyone who practices an aero position will get better at it with time, that does not mean they will be as good at it as some, and it does not mean they will be the worst at it either. So again, the person who started this thread simply needs to get used to riding on the drops, that is all they have to do, problem solved.

The cranial-rectal inversion method is not recommended, but we have all seen these types.

There is no contradiction at all, just a lack of comprehension on your part. Practicing a physical act makes people better at it, believing everyone else is mental, it is ignorance, as in the case of the person above who says I can not ride my bike on the drops for twelve miles with zero first-hand witnessing or knowledge of what they are talking about.

I've read an article about the causes/solutions to neck pain while cycling. I know that more aggressive positions are more likely to cause neck pain, and handlebar height and excessive reach are the two main things to check when you are having neck pain...
I just got a new to me road bike and it has aero bars. I love riding with the aero bars, but I don't really understand how my head should be positioned? So that I can see ahead, although that strains my neck? Or so my neck is comfortable, but I can't see very far ahead? Or maybe alternate between the two? What do you do?

Your head should most definitely not be up your ass. I've looked at the pros in TT's and most of them have an incorrect head position and spend a great deal of time looking down to relieve the strain on their neck. This is very bad because you should always be able to see ahead. This means that non-pros should have the TT bars higher than the pros. Although with practice you can have less neck pain they no longer have very long TT's because of the control loss problem.

It has nothing to do with competition and everything to do with having to deal with too many porn links.
