Does Not "Comepute"...

Nine months I've been staring at this thing and it was only today I noticed. Spelling aside, it's been accurate and rainproof, all for just $12.95.

At least "Bicycle" is spelled correctly.

For $12.95, I could overlook a misspelled word. Where might I find such a value?

I bought it off Amazon, but when I went through my purchase history to double check the price it indicated that the item was no longer available.

OMG, the moronic made-up Chinese tattoos drive my family crazy. (BTW, I think they speak Mandarin with a NY accent)

Can you tell the difference between NY Mandarin and Boston Mandarin?

I wonder how long it would take me to figure that out. Probably quite a while. Then, I'd have to cover it with tape so it wouldn't annoy me from then on. Would be too cheap to throw it out just because of that though.

It's a Bicycle Comeputer. If you can't find where you left your bike, you signal it, and it comes to you.

Unfortunately, they used Tesla AI for that function, so it just keeps hitting poles and pedestrians, then bursting into flames.

my wife is from china. she occasionally laughs at some of the stuff she sees tattooed on people. one said "made in china," that was a riot.

Still better than spelling "pedaling" as "peddling"... As I'm pretty sure most of our "peddlers" have no connection to Far East whatsoever.

Saori, started laughing and when my wife asked her what was so funny, she told her that they actually put Stupid White Girl. She said whoever did it was actually quite skilled because it was fairly small and the lines were really tight as the used kanji with is quite complex. She has been trying to teach me to understand Japanese as I am looking to take a trip with my wife in the next few year, but it is a hard language to learn late in life.

I'm not Chinese but I live in China and can read the language reasonably well, and I agree wholeheartedly with this.

Then again, Chinese people wear clothes with ridiculously nonsensical English on them (though they don't tattoo English words on themselves from what I've seen) so it's not just a western affliction.

I'm sure you're right, how can a guy in Fah La Shing, NY know anything about pronunciation. We mangle everything. 😉
