I can do the pseudo-track stand. It's what I do at stop signs when the constabulary are around. I'll put my foot down when I see THEM open up the door and put THEIRS down!

I like riding no hands while standing up on my pedals. Took a long time to figure out how to stand up and sit back down without hands, but in college I saw a kid do it so I chased him down and asked him if he did what I thought he did, and he said yeah I’ve been riding this bike for 10 years. Couldn’t do it for like 5 years after that but now I totally can

I can't track stand either I can ride no handed and I can ride backwards sitting on the handlebars maybe try that while shots of the gallon of vodka that should impress people

Running the stands at the local HS football/track field is a good way to strengthen your legs.

Standing on the pedals, freewheeling, no hands, is totally do-able. Wout Van Aert did exactly that across the finish line of a CX race recently, after his saddle broke off in a crash on the last lap.
