How to adapt Thule Wingbar Evo to receive Thule 589 Velo Vise
I live in Colombia so Thule racks are almost out of reach due to limited offer and astronomic prices. I happened to be for the eclipse in the US and wandered about the offers in the Austin area on FB Marketplace, and I was lucky to find two great deals: one for the Wingbar Evo + Evo Clamp (711400 + 710501) from one vendor and 589 Velo Vise to later realize they are not compatible (bike rack is for an older bar), but apparently there are adaptors.
It seems XADAPT 1 ADAPTER KIT would do the trick but the manual lists "V2 AND VELO VISE TO THULE AERO BAR AND XSPORTER TRUCK RACK" and I'm wondering if it will work for the Wingbar EVO. Can someone help me here? I just need to make sure I'm not buying the wrong thing here.
