Any tips for stretching?

I ride my bike most all day and was wondering if anyone knows some links with suggested stretches in the morning.

Thanks

Bikes: yes, I have one.

The 2 good rules I understand for stretching are that you shouldn't bounce and you should hold it for at least 15 seconds. I'm sure if you google it you'll find tons of info.
