Anyone else get the e-mail for this? I got it on 10/3 but waited until Monday to do it and it didnt show up the way it was suppose to. I sent them a e-mail telling them i wanted to do it but it was'nt showing. They e-mailed back saying the records show i said no. I e-mailed back and said it couldnt as i never got onto any auto renew to say yes or no. They e-mailed back and said,our records say you said no,have a nice day. I love performance.

Yeah, I got the auto renew. I won't do it because sometimes I have a hard time dealing with people who automatically take money out of my account sometimes. I'd rather just pay every year. Besides, I may not be happy with them at some point, and the last thing I need is to have to extract myself from some mess where I've got some perpetuity fee from performance because I cancelled my membership or something like that.
