E-mail the vendor & ask! They'll e-mail a reply, I'm sure.

Bikes: GT BI Ti/BI Steel - Edge Ti and Steel Xizang Ti and Psyclone Steel

In this case it looks as though the seller has bought up some OEM (Orignal Equiment Manufacturer/factory) remnant inventory that wasn't used on a production run. This means it will not be arriving to you in the pretty aftermarket box in which Shimano packages most of their components. They will instead arrive wrapped or packaged in a poly bag.

Bikes: the ever shifting stable loaded with comfortable road bikes and city and winter bikes

sometimes bagged parts have been removed off a new bike. AEbike's a good vendor and a real brick and mortar store too.

"Bagged" is when a concealed person lay in wait until the bike component shows itself out in the field, then gives it a blast from the shotgun.
