Cool fabric?

I think I saw an add recently for some type of light material that was designed to wear on your arms when riding in the hot sun that was intended to help keep you cool. I assume it is a very light weight fabric that is intended to keep the sun off your skin yet is breathable. Am I dreaming that or is there some type of product like that? Anyone know of any sources? This summer sun is murder in Oklahoma.

CoolMax. Yes, and it works. I've seen it in shirts, but not sleeves alone.
