Don't worry, N_C. You'll get your star. I take mine out and admire it in inclimate weather. It really brightens the day. Mine took less time, but I bypassed Paypal. That might be the issue.

Remember this site is a volunteer thing, it's not like Joe has an army of customer service technicians just waiting for orders.
I think it took around a week to get my star. You've been un-upgraded for almost four years, another week won't kill ya.
