Good customer service
Hey:
Just thought I'd report a tidbit of service info....
I email Specialized last night with a question about a bike...and received a response today! Very good service and answered my question well.
By comparison, I emailed Iron Horse on May 12 and have not had a response yet!
This is just one experience with both companies but still!

Specialized is an EXCELLENT company. Both of my bikes were made by those fine folks. My only regret is that the shop I presently work for doesn't carry them, and won't because they don't want to get into price-haggling against a multi-store chain.
