Hi I've recently purchased a giant atx 2015 model. Can anyone please tell me what toe clips will fit on this please?

Why didn't you ask where you bought it? Giant lists as coming with plastic platform, so unless there are holes drilled through the front of the pedals, no clip will fit. If holes are there, any clip should be able to be attached.

On some pedals, you have to pry-out or unbolt the reflectors to expose the mounting holes for toe clips. So if you see reflectors but no holes.....

If by rare chance the pedals do not have a removable reflector, you can get inexpensive pedals for $10 or less at mail order stores. I never came across a strapless toe clip that wouldn't fit a pedal on any bike/trike that I owned. I use them on all of my bikes. Here's one that worked for me: XLC Strapless Mini Toe Clips - Pair, Black or Zefal Bicycle Half Toe Clips, S/M - 1 Pair, Black I used both brands. Good for many thousands of miles before the break.

I had those plastic clips once. They were so flexy, they were worthless. They make some good stiff metal ones...kinda pricey though.....

I use the plastic strapless clips from Nashbar and like them. Wish they made them from a more durable material, but so far none of them has broken. My vintage touring bike still has straps on it and I ride it for the fun of it. Don't think I will ever get into clipless pedals as this require special shoes, negating for me the joy of a recreational cyclist: get on it and ride.

What did you use for a spacer? Looks like a rubber pedal block from cheap pedals?

To the original OP: You will not need a spacer unless you wear shoes the size of canal boats as many brands come in two sizes Sm/Med and Lg/Xlg. The min-toe-clips sold by Nashbar (which I also used in the past) and by Niagara Cycle are made out of very tough plastic, probably ABS like you find on car bodies these days. They have some give but I certainly wouldn't call them "flexy" enough to result in a loss of power. I've used metal ones in the past too. They are strong but somewhat brittle and it is my perception that they don't last as long as the tough plastic ones. Eventually the metal cracks at the front of the toe clip.
