Problem with Specialized web site

I am not getting past the first screen when I go to www.specialized.com Whatever region I click on just cycles me back to that first screen. Is there some other way to their site?

Works for me. Clear your cache and temporary internet files.

Probably not a firewall issue. More than likely a browser or Flash issue. Perhaps a browser setting that does not allow Flash sites. I wish they had a setting at all internet hosting companies that would automatically delete Flash sites. Why developers use this garbage for their whole site, I will never know. If I want to be entertained, I will download a game. I don't need to be dazzled when going to a manufacturer's website.

It doesn't even ask me what region I want. It just goes to "U.S.", and if I wanted something different, I'd have to click on "Change Region".

Try clearing the browser cookies and trying again.

If you are using firefox and noscript, you have to allow specialized and akamai.net

You can clear just your specialized region. FYI their site is not well designed. FAQ wil not even load. Once you bring up an entry it doesn't allow you to clear the screen and pretty ugly site.

That's right. Lots of Javascriptery for the whizbang nested menus and page transitions, but its HTML foundation. I had no problem navigating products; didn't check every menu link.

I suggest the OP investigate their browser settings, starting with (assuming Internet Explorer) "TOOLS ---> Internet Options / Advanced" tab.

This page uses Flash for sure.

Check the properties of the picture.

Not the menus but there is Flash on the page.
