Here's my trek 7100. Mostly stock but that will change soon.

I don't have pictures because I'm a cheap ass, but, you know how it is.

Anyway, I have a 2003 Specialized Hardrock with dropbars, because risers are for comfort. I use it for "commuting" to school. I also have a 1997 Nishiki Pueblo compact ATB. The XTR rear derailleur is worth more than the rest of the bike.

Hi, I'm mostly riding 2 bikes at the moment - a Seven Odonata and a Bianchi Pro Race. The Bianchi is mainly for the winter & rainy days and the Seven only comes out if the weather is dry.
Components are: Seven Odonata - Campagnolo Record 10 speed groupset with double chainring, Cinelli Ram bars, USE aero seatpost, Mavic Ksyrium SL (tubular) or Campag Eurus (clincher) wheels, Selle Italia SLR, tires are Conti comp 22 tubs or Michelin Pro Race 20mm depending on wheels. Cassettes are 11-23 ti, 13-26 Chorus or 13-29 Centaur. Pedals are Campagnolo Record.
Bianchi - Campagnolo Veloce 9 speed double, 3ttt Prima 199 bars, Deda Newton stem, USE carbon seatpost, Selle Italia SLR XP saddle, wheels are Campag Scirrocco with Continental 4 season for rain and FIR Net2000 with Victoria Rubinos for other conditions or long distance. Pedals are Shimano SPD SL.

Just finished my first ride on my new bike. It's a stock Trek 1200 except for: (1) Deore Crank instead of Bontrager road triple (2) A Trek Comfort Zone saddle instead of less comfortable Bontrager model (3) Old style MTB pedals with clips and straps instead of old style road pedals. The bike also has Mr Tuffy Liners under the Bontrager 700x25 tires. I intentionally got the bike a size larger so it would be easy to set the handlebars at saddle height.

Now I have three Treks: 1200 road bike, 520 touring bike, 6500 MTB

Up until a week ago I was riding a 20 year old (20 years!) Univega Superstrada steel frame. I am now the proud owner of a Giant TCR Composite 2. It's like riding on a dream...

Two main bikes here. A Trek 1000 road bike, and a Rans Tailwind recumbent. The road bike hasn't been out of the garage since getting the recumbent!

Newest bike in the stable. RED, she has 400 miles on her now. Elmo is our family mascot, we found him on a trail, and bring him on our family rides.

A Specialized expedition hybrid

Just had it tuned and new tyres and chain fitted so it's like new except it's 3 years old!

bnet1 07-01-04 04:33 AM

My bike? A Rans Tailwind, 2004 model. My other bike is an old Trek 1000. It hasn't been out of the garage since I got the Tailwind.

Lovely but let me know if you ever want to sell it someday...looks like I have gotten my foot in the door 10 years early; I sure hope this forum is still here in 2010.

Looked at a Cannondale, what do you think of that shock? Is it called a "headshocK". Just curious how well they work.
