I commute on a REI/Novara Trionfo. My century/triathlon bike is a Trek 5200. (God, I love that bike!)

Poppaspoke 01-15-03 06:09 PM

2 road bikes (both bought used). '98 Lemond Zurich and a '01 Trek 5900. I actually prefer the ride of the Zurich. Go figure.

Davet 01-15-03 07:07 PM

I have a Burley Rivazza tandem

I have sold all my other bikes, I'm bike-less. Until my Colnago Master Ti comes in next week. I also found a Della Santa Corsa that winds my wick!

Two rides - Road Bike is 2003 Raliegh Competition - full Ultegra, Shimano 540 wheels. Only have 30 miles on it so far - Wyoming isn't exactly a biking paradise in the winter! Basically bought this to do Ride the Rockies (hopefully) this summer and to build some endurance for my mountian bike.

Mnt Bike is a 2002 Yeti Kokopelli AS Disc - Shimano XTR/LX Mavic wheels. Only about 500 miles last year.

Gary Fisher Utopia since last spring, when I took up riding again. I had forgotten how much fun sweating and seeing how fast you can go could be....I'm now haunting the pawn shops and garage sales looking for a deal on a road bike.

abongon 01-16-03 10:12 PM

:D
the bike is fast, rider got strong spirit but the flesh is weak

Cipher 01-16-03 10:31 PM

A 2003 LeMond Victoire. Rode it for the first time outdoors New Years day. If you look closely I have a PowerTap system installed. (Received it as an "early X-mas gift" from Greg). ;)
Triple front chainring was not my idea... (Greg took the liberty of selecting/ordering it for me that way) but beggars can't be choosers!

Joe Gardner 01-16-03 10:46 PM

Cipher, thoes are amazing bikes! My LBS owner has a Victoire.... *drool*

Davet 01-19-03 09:41 PM

I just got a Della Santa Corsa Speciale, outfitted in early, 7-speed Super Record retro. A SoftRide RoadWing is on its way to me, as is a Colnago Master Ti twin downtube frameset. (I'm sorry, I can't help myself. I'm a bike ****!)
