Recently Performance reneged on a free glove the had offered with a bib tight purchase. After months of waiting for the gloves I called. First they said they couldn't find the order, and after I provided a copy they said they would send out a pair. They did not.
I wrote the above in haste. Received the gloves in February.
In addition, a few months ago I was promised a refund for an overcharge. A month or so later they credited my card with half the amount promised.
A few years ago Performance was courteous, eager to please, accurate in their billing, and a pleasure to do business with. As they grew their business ethics declined. Not worth the hassle of doing business with them any more!

They do suck...but 20 bucks for 2 tires is not a bad deal...and this time I opt'd for the 2 day shipping. Let's see if they can redeem themselves.

Just used the nashbar coupon and it works fine.. Basically with the money I saved it covered shipping/ tax so overall a good deal.. Oh yeah they have Brooks B17's on sale for 59.00//
