I've started to notice the overbilling as well. My last order was $104.90, and I was billed $117... they credited me $17 after I sent an e-mail... but it's now an error in my favor, but it's still not right.
They look to have a new web interface. Maybe there are some bugs that haven't been worked out? I'll bet that phone orders won't have these mistakes. In the meantime, if you order online, keep an eye on your actual charges.
